跑手須知
Important Notices
建議裝備
參加者起步時請帶同足夠食物、飲料及一部能打通緊急聯絡號碼的手提電話，少許現金及八達通。參加者必須使用合適及良好狀況的裝備進行活動。
號碼布
所有參加者可選擇是否掛上號碼布。參加者必須在號碼布寫上在 Strava 使用的稱呼。
不得亂拋垃圾
所有參加者不得在路線上亂拋垃圾，一經查證，將被取消參加資格。請把垃圾棄置在終點。
建議路線標記
大會不會在建議路線上放置任何標記。請各位參加者起步前仔細研究大會提供的路線。
計時及成績
在虛擬跑時，大會利用手機應用程式 TRAILME 或 STRAVA 計時及記錄活動過程。如果該賽事以 STRAVA 記錄活動，參加者也可以把其他裝置的 GPX 記錄上載至 STRAVA，成績會以 Strava 活動上顯示的經過時間為準。參加者有責任確保所使用的裝置有足夠電量運作。大會不接受大會建議之外的任何計時方法。
導航
大會利用手機應用程式 Viewranger 準備好路線，參加者起步前可以開啟該程式的導航功能。參加者亦可以上載路線 GPX 檔案至常用的導航儀器，如 GPS 手錶。
不得走捷徑
所有參加者必須沿著指定路線前進。如有走捷徑者，一經發現，將被取消參加資格。
不設上訴
主辦單位對所有違規者有最終決定權是否取消其參賽資格.
緊急情況
如遇緊急情況，請馬上致電警方救助。
惡劣天氣
所有參加者在出發前請查詢香港天文台的天氣預告，如天氣惡劣 ( 颱風、暴雨、雷暴 ) 請勿出發，如活動時遇上惡劣天氣請所有參加者暫停活動及留在結構穩固的遮蔽處。
Suggested Gears
Participants are suggested to bring enough food and drinks , and a mobile phone with a valid network, some cash and Octopus card when start. Participants must apply appropriate gears which must be in good condition for the activity.
Number BIB
Participants can choose to show their number BIB or not. Participants are required to write the username of Strava on the BIB.
No Littering
No littering is allowed on the course. Any participant is found littering, his result will be disqualified. Please hold trash until you arrive at the finish line.
Route Marking
There is no marking along routes. All participants should read the route before they start.
Timing & Result
For Virtual Races, Timing will be supported by mobile app TRAILME or STRAVA. For the STRAVA races, participants should synchronize the record in their GPX devices with STRAVA, or use the STRAVA app to record the activity directly. We only accept the Elapsed Time shown in the Strava activity. Participants should ensure the power of their devices can last for the whole activity. Any activity record other than the suggested APP is not accepted.
Navigation
All the route is prepared on Viewranger. Participants can activate the navigation on Viewranger. Participants may also upload the GPX file of the route to their favourable devices.
No Shortcut
All participants must follow the route. Participants will be disqualified if they are found running shortcut.
No Appeal
The organizer’s decision on any disqualification is final.
Emergency
In case of emergency, please call the police.
Adverse weather
Participants are recommended to check the weather forecast from Hong Kong Observatory. Do not start in case of the following adverse weather condition (typhoon, heavy rain, thunderstorm). If participants face adverse weather conditions during the activity , please stop and stay in a well-structured shelter.
